- on the basis of Justificatory note no. 28006/ 04.11.2024 approved by the university leadership, regarding the tendering of positions outside the organization chart, within project „SysScleRO – Systems immunology for systemic sclerosis (SSc): assessment of innate immune memory and immune aging as basis for individualised prevention and treatment modalities in SSc,
- on the basis of Ministerial Order No. 3498 of 06.03.2025 for the approval of the Operational Procedure regarding the recruitment and selection of personnel, employed in positions outside the organizational chart, within projects financed from non-reimbursable external funds or from funds related to the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, Code: PLP 21, Edition 1, Revision 3, at the “Iuliu Haţieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj Napoca
