Staff Evaluation Procedures and Regulations Office

  • Ensures the conduct of the annual appraisal for all employees with individual employment contracts in the University;
  • Monitors the implementation of the annual appraisal strategy, achievement of objectives;
  • Ensures the implementation of the provisions on individual professional performance of contractual staff;
  • Plans staff training activities to ensure that objectives are met;
  • Participates in carrying out specific activities related to the granting of holiday vouchers at the level of the Territorial Authorising Officer
  • Ensures the design of a programme for the implementation of the traineeship and in-service training and the planning of activities to be carried out during this period.
  • Advises employees within the limits of the powers of the post
