For regulated professions, where the first cycle and second cycle of university studies are offered together in a university study program lasting between 5 and 6 years, the bachelor’s and master’s degrees are awarded.
The following can enroll for the admission: Romanian citizens, who have graduated from high school and have taken and passed the baccalaureate exam, regardless of the year in which they graduated from high school and passed the baccalaureate exam; citizens from other member states of the European Union or of the states belonging to the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation, under the same conditions provided by law for Romanian citizens, including tuition fees. The recognition of the studies carried out by them in the countries of residence will be made by the specialized department within the Ministry of Education, before registering the candidates for the admission competition, each candidate having the obligation to present, upon registration for the competition, the certificate of recognition of studies.
Upon admission to all cycles of university studies taught in the Romanian language, foreign citizens are required to present a certificate of linguistic competence for the Romanian language, issued by institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education.
Candidates will upload the necessary documents to the application file as per the requirements in the online platform.
Candidate files will be checked and approved by a specially constituted committee, appointed by the Board of Directors.
