Master’s studies represent a form of university education that ensures the in-depth study of topics from the field of undergraduate studies or from a related field, with the objective of developing scientific research capacities and creating a preparatory basis for doctoral studies.
At the “Iuliu Haţieganu” UMF, the master’s degrees developed in recent years allow obtaining complementary skills to medical or pharmaceutical studies. The master’s degrees were designed in such a way as to offer the possibility of the insertion of graduates with other specializations than medical or pharmaceutical, graduates of the faculties of economics-management studies, biology, informatics, law, etc.
Master’s studies are interdisciplinary studies, lasting 2 or 4 semesters and integrate into several areas of specialization. The diversification of the educational offer of UMF “Iuliu Haţieganu” also included the development of master’s programs organized according to the Bologna criteria.
