The Board of Directors provides operational management of the University between Senate meetings.

The Board of Directors is composed of: the Rector, the Vice-Rectors, the Deans of the Faculties, the Director General of Administration and the student representative.

The Rector may invite other members of the academic and administrative management of the University to the meetings of the Administrative Board.

Meetings of the Board of Directors are scheduled weekly and are chaired by the Rector of the university.

The decisions of the Board of Directors are made public on the university’s intranet page.
