We invite all first-year students who wish to apply for accommodation in the university dormitories for the 2025–2026 academic year to complete the dedicated form.

Accommodation will be provided in Hasdeu Dormitory 9 (H9), depending on room availability.

Details about Dormitory H9 – Hasdeu Campus:
* Rooms accommodate 4 students and are equipped with beds, wardrobes, and shelves.
* Each floor includes:
o 1 kitchen
o laundry facilities
o shared bathrooms
o study/lecture rooms
🔌 Free internet access is provided via two Wi-Fi networks (2.5 GHz and 5 GHz).
⏰ Deadline for submitting the application: August 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM (Romanian time).
After this date, the form will be closed and no further applications will be accepted.
