Dear students,

As you know, during the period 12.12.2024 – 19.01.2025, the evaluation of the didactic activity in courses and internships/LPs from the first semester of the current academic year is carried out.

I am writing to ask you to complete as many of these questionnaires as possible, even if it is a busy time when you are preparing for the session. Based on the answers you provide, corrective action can be taken where appropriate. In fact, all the changes made in recent years in relation to the didactic process considered the feedback received from the students to a large extent.

Please rate both activities/teachers that did not meet your expectations and those that you liked – if there are no ratings we cannot know if you found the activity good or if you simply did not complete the questionnaire.

I assure you that the forms are anonymous – we can know if you have accessed the assessment platform, but in no case can we know what each student answered. To show you that it is so, we have invited your representatives to see what we also see when we open the platform.

I remind you that each of you received at the institutional address (…@elearn.umfcluj.ro), from JobRouter UMF, a unique and confidential link through which you can evaluate the teaching activity. Access to the e-mail account is done with the authentication data used for the MS Teams application, and the questionnaire can be completed both on the desktop and on the mobile phone.
