Throughout its existence of over a century, the Faculty of Medicine Cluj-Napoca has trained many generations of excellent doctors, dedicated to their profession and attentive to the needs of their patients. Our name is already a local brand, and the way the community perceives our name reflects the years of hard work and dedication of our professors as well as our students and graduates.

The Faculty of Medicine is home to exceptional educational and research opportunities. In recent years, our development has been unprecedented and is reflected in the European integration and recognition of our medical school through our national and international accreditations. Modern and dynamic, our Faculty stands out for its attractive educational programs: four undergraduate programs, fourteen master’s programs, an remarkable doctoral school and all residency specializations.

Our management team’s mission is to constantly improve the quality of our teaching activities and, by extension, our healthcare. In addition to all of the above, it should be noted that the Faculty of Medicine in Cluj-Napoca is one of the few higher education institutions in the world that offers a three-language curriculum in Romanian, English and French to approximately 2,500 international students from over 60 countries.
