For this purpose please consult the library catalogue (LOGIN, BOOK RESERVATION, LOCATION SCHEDULING) at: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liberty.umfcluj.ro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/www.liberty.umfcluj.ro<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If the reservation is not validated, through physical presence at the library, it would be cancelled (after half an hour &#8211; during the session and after one hour &#8211; outside the session).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Seat bookings are valid for a maximum of 7 days<\/span> (e.g. Monday to Sunday, Tuesday to Monday, etc.). Even if the program allows for a longer period they will be cancelled later.<\/p>\n<p>(at the bottom of the page: guides and seat maps)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The categories of library users are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>students of the &#8220;Iuliu Ha\u021bieganu&#8221; University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj-Napoca<\/li>\n<li>professors of the &#8220;Iuliu Ha\u021bieganu&#8221; University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj Napoca and PhD students, residents<\/li>\n<li>external users ( physicians working in the health network, professors in other educational institutions, nurses, students &#8211; in the field of life sciences, students &#8211; in the last year of high school etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Acces to the library is based on a library card. The card is issued on arrival, with the exception of external users, on the basis of a request approved by the library director. The library card is non-transferable. The card must be handed in every time a library service is used.\n<ul>\n<li>The library card is issued <strong>free of charge<\/strong> or in return for a fee on the basis of the following documents:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For students<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>student card or book record<\/li>\n<li>identity card<br \/>\n*The library card is valid for the entire period of study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For professors<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>work card<\/li>\n<li>identity card<br \/>\n* The library card is permanent and remains valid after retirement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For PhD students<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a document proving that you are a PhD candidate<\/li>\n<li>identity card<br \/>\n* The library card is issued for one academic year and may be renewed. * In case of loss or damage, a new card will be provided for a fee of <em><strong>25 lei.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For resident doctors<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>document proving the status of resident doctor<\/li>\n<li>identity card<\/li>\n<li>the receipt for payment of the corresponding fee of <strong>60 lei<\/strong><br \/>\n* The legitimation is issued for one calendar year, with the possibility of renewal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For external users<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; the attached form must be completed.
