{"id":43923,"date":"2021-09-22T05:48:22","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T02:48:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umfcluj.ro\/cercetare\/"},"modified":"2024-04-30T10:56:59","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T07:56:59","slug":"research","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/umfcluj.ro\/en\/research\/","title":{"rendered":"Research"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Scientific research is one of the missions assumed by the Charter of the Iuliu Ha\u021bieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy.<\/p>\n<p>Research activities are carried out in all departments and departments of our university, with financial support being provided, to a large extent, through grants or research contracts. The exceptional effort of the teaching staff and the institutional framework improved by the creation of the Research-Development Department, in addition to the more generous offer of funding programmes, have been the conditions that have allowed our university to be placed in a top position among the medical universities in Romania in terms of the number and value of research grants won through competition.<\/p>\n<p>In recent years, the national strategy on scientific research has allowed the structuring of centres of excellence and research centres accredited by CNCSIS. The university currently operates two research centres of excellence in innovative and high-performance medicine and 15 research centres.<\/p>\n<p>The development of research, development and innovation activity is vital for our university as we seek to maintain our status as an advanced research and education university. In order to achieve this goal, we will pursue with perseverance a number of strategic objectives, such as increasing visibility and scientific recognition, nationally and especially internationally, increasing the degree of international interconnection and integration into research networks of excellence, constant and sustained development of the necessary framework for conducting scientific research, diversification of funding sources for research activity, stimulation of innovation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scientific research is one of the missions assumed by the Charter of the Iuliu Ha\u021bieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
