For the 2023-2024 academic year the transfers session at the Faculty of Dental Medicine takes place between 02.09.2024 \u2013 12.09.2024, 12 pm., online at the following e-mail address: <\/strong>transfer.meddent@elearn.umfcluj.ro<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The results will be announced on 20.09.2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The documents needed <\/strong>for the transfer file are:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. School situation signed by the faculty dean;<\/li>\n
  2. Curriculum;<\/li>\n
  3. Syllabus;<\/li>\n
  4. Language certificate, if applicable;<\/li>\n
  5. Medical certificate according to the specific characteristics of the study program;<\/li>\n
  6. Letter of recommendation from a teacher countersigned by the Dean of the faculty;<\/li>\n
  7. Xerox copy of birth certificate and passport;<\/li>\n
  8. Copy of the highschool diploma and grades;<\/li>\n
  9. CNRED attestation on recognition of previously completed studies (Romanian citizens with foreign degrees, citizens of EU, EEA and Swiss Confederation);<\/li>\n
  10. Letter of acceptance for studies in Romania (third-country EU citizens registered under CPV);<\/li>\n
  11. Psychological opinion with specific tests for the Faculty of Dental Medicine;<\/li>\n
  12. Copy of the Minister’s order on registration to the home institution (Romanian students everywhere, Romanian citizens abroad or Romanian citizens residing abroad who benefit from the status of “Romanian state scholarship”).<\/li>\n
  13. Certificate of whether or not the student was sanctioned during his studies.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    NB: <\/strong>Only integralist students (without any overdue exams) can apply for transfer to the Faculty of Dental Medicine. For the assessment of the documents, the applicant must have a minimum overall average of 9.00. At the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Hatieganu” Cluj-Napoca students can be transferred from accredited state higher education institutions according to the Education Law no. 199\/2023 and the University Charter in force.<\/p>\n

    Transfer fees<\/strong> are those set by the Anexa-taxe 2024 \u2013 500 lei:<\/p>\n
